About the translator
Zhang Dan, born in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province, now a PhD candidate at Yangzhou University, holds a master degree at the School of Foreign Studies in Hebei Normal University. Her areas of research include British and American literature and literary translation. She has published many papers in journals like Foreign Language Education, Shandong Foreign Language Teaching, and Journal of Beijing International Studies University and so on. She has won many prizes in some national English competitions, including the Thirteenth Global “100 Translators” Translation Competition, the Third National College English Challenge Comprehensive Ability Competition, Vocabulary Competition and English Translation Competition, 2021 National College Students English Vocabulary Competition, 2021 National College Students English Translation Competition and other events.
