ארלייבה אוֹמוֹטְקָן פּוֹלוֹטוֹבְנָה נולדה ב-12 ביולי 1968 בכפר קוק-ז'אר, מחוז נוקט, מחוז אוש, הרפובליקה הקירגיזית בעיר פרונזה. היא בעלת שני תארים. בוגרת מחלקת הנהלת חשבונות במכון החקלאי סקריאבין. כלכלן מקצוע, רואה חשבון. היא סיימה את לימודיה באוניברסיטה הפדגוגית הממלכתית, עראבה. מקצוע קלינאית תקשורת (פתולוגית תקשורת). ארלייבה אומוטקן היא משוררת, סופרת, פובליציסטית; חבר באיגוד הסופרים הלאומי של קירגיזסטן (2011); חבר באיגוד העיתונאים של קירגיזסטן (2014); חבר באיגוד הסופרים של צפון אמריקה (2021), חבר באגדת היצירה האירו-אסייתית (לונדון) (2021); מחבר של עשרה ספרים.

Eralieva Umutkan Polotovna was born on July 12, 1968 in the village of Kok-Zhar, Nookat district, Osh region, Kyrgyz Republic
She is the holder of two higher degrees. (1) In the city of Frunze, she graduated from the Accounting Department of the Scriabin Agricultural Institute. Profession economist, accountant. (2) She graduated from the State Pedagogical University, Arabaeva. Profession Speech therapist (speech pathologist).
Eralieva Umutkan is a poet, writer, publicist; a member of the National Union of Writers of Kyrgyzstan (2011); a member of the Union of Journalists of Kyrgyzstan (2014); a member of the Writers’ Union of North America (2021), a member of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London) (2021); an author of ten books.
She has achieved success in more than 125 international literary festivals and competitions, and her works have been translated into more than 33 languages.
She has participated in dozens of world literary almanacs, newspapers, magazines, and anthologies.
She is the Literary Editor of the world’s popular English-language international electronic magazine “Kavya Kishor” in Bangladesh (Dhaka). She is also General Director of the International online publication “Skylark Poetry SPI” (Dhaka) in Kyrgyzstan.
She is an Academician of the Brazilian Literary Academy “Alegro”. At the international forum in Morocco, she was honoured with the certificate “Ambassador of the world”.
She was awarded the medal “Icon of Peace” of the World Peace Institute in Nigeria (Africa).
In 2022, her song “Stop the War” was put to music by the famous Polish composer Zbigniew Roth
